This is how ordering a school package works
As an educational institution, we offer you special rental conditions that deviate from the usual standard conditions!
1. Order and payment process
In our online shop you will find numerous Virtual Reality (VR) experiences. Select the desired VR experience and put it in your shopping cart. In the booking process, first check your desired delivery location using the postcode. Then enter the desired delivery date and your delivery details below and then decide on the type of delivery (delivery) and then on a payment method.
We offer all common payment options (bank transfer, credit card, etc.).
In order to ensure smooth delivery, please order your desired school package 10 days in advancebefore the planned delivery date. After receipt of the booking you will receive an order confirmation from us. In the case of delivery by DHL, you will also receive tracking information from us by email.
2. Delivery of the VR headsets
In the booking process you can choose the desired delivery date. We will ship your order no later than 2 working days in advance. Please use shipment tracking so that you can accept the package on the agreed delivery date. Please always plan for the lesson first for the day after the scheduled delivery date.
You can check your delivery upon receipt for 2 days keep it before sending it back to us.
3. Components of the Delivery
In addition to the VR headset, you will receive a charging cable, a cleaning cloth and an explanation of how to use the VR headset. Please keep all materials (including the packaging) carefully, as they will be required for the return.
4. Use of the VR headsets
All you need to start the VR experience is a comfortable seat and your personal headphones, which you can connect to the VR headset. Due to the 360° VR experience and the actions "behind you", we recommend you to watch the VR experience on a swivel chair. The enclosed explanation of the VR headset describes all the essential functions of the VR headset. As soon as you press the power button, the VR experience starts with a short tutorial that once again explains how to use the VR headset.
You are also welcome to use the enclosed face mask to use the VR headset. Of course, all our VR headsets are disinfected.
If you wear glasses, please leave your glasses on when using the VR headset.
Please note that children should only view the VR experiences under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
You can watch the VR experience as many times as you like. If the lenses of the VR headset are no longer clean, simply use the enclosed microfiber cloth.
Please also note that the VR headset must not be exposed to direct sunlight, as this can damage the lenses.
5. Charging the VR headsets
The battery of the VR headset lasts for about 5 hours of use. If the battery is empty, you can recharge the VR headset with the included charging cable. Please note that the VR headset should not be used while charging.
6. Return of the VR Headsets
After the rental period has expired, please send the VR headsets back to us (Inflight VR Software GmbH | Edelsbergstraße 8 | 80686 Munich).
In the event of a return, simply use our enclosed DHL sticker. Please repack all materials carefully in the packaging and stick the sticker on the outside of the box. Then hand the package over to your nearest DHL/post office.
Please note that for a (personally responsible) late return of the goods, a fee of €10 per day will be charged (since we can no longer deliver the VR headsets to other customers on time).
